I keep getting this error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in ****/*****/public_html/tars/sitellite/saf/lib/CGI/Cookie.php on line 100
when I try to go to the sitellite install
I comment my directories out, but they are all right in the config files

It seems that something in saf/lib/CGI/Cookie.php is causing these problems (a neverending loop) for you as well as a few others, but I haven't been able to reproduce the problem just yet.
What's your PHP version, how is it installed, and all that jazz? That may help find a pattern here in what causes this for some folks and not others. My suspicion is that it's something to do with a recent change in PHP, since it only arose sometime after 4.3.10 which also caused a handful of other (now-fixed) problems.
