Sitellite 5.0 is now feature-complete and available in beta.  Our main development efforts are in preparing for the official 5.0 release through fixing bugs, working on documentation, and redesigning the Sitellite community websites.

Here are some possible ideas for Sitellite 5.2 or 6.0 after that:

• Revamp the news app
• Revamp the members app with pre-made configurations (employee intranet, customer extranet, social network, club, etc)
• Allow members app configurations to be assigned per role, so employees can belong to one and customers to another automatically
• Integrate SiteForum with email
• Stabilize WebDAV add-on
• Global tagging application for tagging any page (incl. dynamic pages)
• Create FTP, CouchDB, Amazon S3 collection sources
• Ability to browse entire site set back to a previous date/time (with revert option)
• Global search and replace across a whole content type (e.g., pages)
• PostgreSQL and Firebird database drivers
• Search for text in the multilingual interface
• Unify the language files in the multilingual interface
• New image chooser dialogue and other Xed dialogues
• Opera browser support
• Session source driver for OpenID
